The HyperLoads Viewer is an additional viewport that "sits on top of" the traditional HyperX interface. It has many features that follow the same interactivity logic as their legacy Viewport counterparts.
The Settings Pane is located on the lefthand-side of the HyperLoads viewport, and is used to control what data is being shown in the plot interface.
View
The options in the View box, found in the upper lefthand corner of the HyperLoads UI, can be used to toggle between plot types: 3D (default), 2D X-Y plane, 2D X-XY plane, and 2D Y-XY plane.
The 2D plots show a projection of all points into the selected 2D plane. In this way, there is an option to draw the bounds of those 2D planes as a slice or convex hull. A slice is an actual cross-section of the envelope at Z = 0 (where Z is the third dimension, not shown in the current plane), where the envelope is drawn at the outermost bounds of that cross-section. A convex hull, in contrast, taking the total convex hull of all points projected to the 2D plane, regardless of the Z-dimension value.
The image below shows three different View options side-by-side to illustrate the differences between these settings.
Settings
The Settings options dictate which envelopes are shown in the current plot and for which conditions.

Design-to Loads - Enabling this check box shows the Design-to Load Envelope data for selected Zones.

Allowable Loads - Enabling this check box shows the Allowable Loads Envelope data for selected Zones, which can then be shown in either of the two allowable load options:

Idealized Loads (3D Surface) - Shows the allowable envelope(s) generated by the idealized load approach - which uses uniformly spaced Nx, Ny, Nxy load ratios to generate a 3D allowable failure surface. See Idealized Allowable Loads for more information.

Actual Loads - Shows the allowable envelope(s) generated using actual FEA Nx, Ny, Nxy, Mx, My, and Mxy load values to plot allowable points. In other words, this option shows the allowable envelope(s) based on existing Analysis or Sizing results for the selected Zone(s), and therefore requires HyperX results. See Actual Allowable Loads for more information.

Load Types - The choice provided by these 4 checkboxes refers to how HyperX processes loads. Strength Loads (which are used to material strength, crippling, sandwich, and local buckling margin assessments) are calculated separately from Buckling Loads (used for panel and stiffener buckling margin assessments). Each of these two types of loads are assessed at both Limit and Ultimate conditions, as defined on the Design Load Case. This gives a (minimum) total of 4 different load envelopes calculated per Zone. See Strength vs. Buckling Loads and Load Factors for more information.
The HyperLoads ribbon operates very similarly to the main ribbon in HyperX. It is organized into three tabs, based on the controls organized on each: View, Design-to Loads, and Allowable Loads.
The View Tab
The View Tab contains buttons which effect the visuals of both Design-to and Allowable Load envelopes.

Zoom-Fit- Click to auto-zoom the viewport to fit all envelopes.
Tip
Use Ctrl+F (as in "fit") as a hotkey.

Legend - Toggle once to show the legend (which can illustrate data for both Design-To and Allowable Load Envelopes). Toggle a second time to close the legend.

Axis Labels (rise-up) - Options to show Axis Labels and/or Intersection Labels.

Axis Labels- Toggle on to show incremental values along the length of each axis.
-
Intersection Labels- Toggle on to show Labels where the currently plotted envelopes interest each axis.

Probe - Toggle on to see intermediate details of any point the cursor touches. Click to leave a Label at the current location.

Labels (rise-up) - Automatically label various datapoints in the current plot.

Clipping Plane - Enable Clipping Plane in the current orientation.

Edit Clipping plane - Adjust the Clipping Plane along each of three axes.

Extents - Use the dialog box to define the extents in each of the three axes. Click "apply" to commit changes.

Export Points - Export all points from current plot to Excel spreadsheet.

Export OBJ - Export current plot as a .obj file.

Margin Vector (drop-down) - Select which Margin Vector(s) (if any) to be shown on the current plot.
Tip
Both Design-To and Allowable Envelopes must be plotted in order to see Margin Vectors.

None - No Margin Vectors shown.

Critical - Only the critical Margin Vector for the current dataset is shown.

Per Load Type - One Margin Vector is shown per Load Type (strength-limit, strength-ultimate, buckling-limit, and buckling-ultimate).

Per Envelope - One Margin Vector is shown per Load Envelope (number of envelopes is dependent on load type and loads processing selected).

All - Show a Margin Vector for all Design-To Loads.

The Design-To Loads Tab
The Design-To Loads tab contains all options and controls that effect Design-To Loads Envelopes.

Plot Points - Plot Design-to Loads as points.

Plot Vectors - Plot Design-to Loads as vectors.

Plot Envelopes - Plot Design-to Loads Envelopes.

Transparency - Adjust transparency of visible Design-to Envelopes.

Coloring Mode (rise-up) - Select coloring mode for visible Design-to Loads.

Show Points - Show points that fall inside of the envelope in the interface.

Color Green - Color points that fall inside the envelope green.

Load Ratio Vectors (drop-down) - Choose whether or not to show load ratio vectors for selected Isolated Design Cases.
Tip
Isolated Design Case(s) must be selected in the Load Processing Pane in order to enable this option.

Load Processing - Open load processing options pane - which is used to select which loads processing technique is used to calculate strength Design-to Envelopes, as well as select Design Cases to isolate. See Types of Envelopes and Quantifying the Effects of a Single Load Case for information on how to use this pane in-action.

Export CSV - Open dialog to customize the Design-to Loads data to export to CSV. See Exporting Design-To Loads to CSV for more information.

Truncate by Strength Envelope - (Buckling allowable loads only) Buckling failure envelopes, in some cases, become infinite. This is not reasonable to plot. Use this option to truncate large buckling allowable envelopes by the controlling strength envelope.

Critical Analysis Criteria - Toggle on/off to show/hide (respectively) the Allowable Load Envelope for the controlling analysis criteria.

Additional Criteria - Select additional criteria in order to add their respective Allowable Load Envelopes to the plot.

Additional criteria must be included in the Analysis Property of the selected Zone(s) in order to be shown on this list.
