This Help Center contains both the HyperX Help Documentation (laid out in the 9 categories displayed in the tree on the lefthand side of this page) and a ticket system. The ticket system allows users to submit their own questions directly to Collier Aerospace support engineers.
To submit a ticket, click the "Submit a Request" option in the upper right corner of the screen.
When filling out the ticket form, make sure to select the Support Category that best describes your question. This helps us to direct your question to the correct support engineer(s). Each category is defined in the list below for reference.
-
Installation and Licensing - Select this category for any question involving downloading, installing, and configuring licenses. This will connect you directly to the Collier Aerospace licensing department.
-
Usability Question - This is the broadest category, used as a "catch-all" for any questions you may run in to while using HyperX on your project. Selecting this category will send your request directly to the Collier Aerospace Support Engineers - actual users of the software.
-
Software Bug - Select this category if you are receiving an error message or have discovered a software bug. This will send your report directly to both the Collier Aerospace Support Engineers and the Software Development team.
-
Scripting - Choose this category if you have a question about automating a HyperX process using a script. This will send your question directly to a support engineer from our Plugin and Automation department.
-
Plugins - This category should be used for questions about Plugins - whether they be those provided with the HyperX install or your own internal methods. This will send your question directly to a support engineer from our Plugin and Automation department.
-
HyperSizer Questions - Select this category if you have a question or bug report related to HyperSizer, not HyperX. While we do still provide support for HyperSizer, it is fairly limited compared to that of HyperX. So, selecting this category ensures your question is directed to the right subset of support engineers.
Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from HyperX Support. All further communication with the ticket system can be done from that email thread.
Requests can also be monitored, reviewed, and responded-to directly from the Help Center. Simply click the dropdown next to your name, and select "Requests."
