A Load Property specifies the desired FEA Load Extraction Method and corresponding load vectors to be accounted for by that method.
Creating a Load Property involves defining a desired load extraction method - which will be used during Analysis/Sizing of the Zones/Joints upon which the Load Property is assigned. The shell, beam, and connector element load vectors to be accounted for during load extraction is also defined during the Load Property creation process. This Load Property creation is done from the Load Property Form.
A Load Property can be created two ways: 1) from the Ribbon and 2) from the Property Tree.
Option #1: Create a Load Property from the Ribbon

Navigate to the Model tab of the Ribbon and select 'Load Extraction Method'.

Select a load extraction method from the rise-up menu.

Name the Load Property.

Toggle on/off all load vectors desired to be accounted for in this load extraction.

Click 'Apply' to save the Load Property to the Database.

Click 'Close' to close the form.
Option #2: Create a Load Property from the Property Tree

In the Loads node of the Property Tree, right-click on the Loads-FEA node.

Select a load extraction method from the resulting menu.

Name the Load Property.

Toggle on/off all load vectors desired to be accounted for in this load extraction.

Click 'Apply' to save the Load Property to the Database.

Click 'Close' to close the form.
Each Load Property has a corresponding node in the Property Tree, organized by type. Using these nodes, there are several different Load Property assignment mechanisms:

Right-Click Method

Select relevant Zones in the Viewport.

Navigate to the desired Load Property on the Property Tree.

Right Click > Select 'Apply to Visible Selection'.

Click and Drag to Viewport

(Optional) Select relevant Zones in the Viewport.

Navigate to the desired Load Property on the Property Tree.

Click and drag the Load Property over the Viewport

If (1) was complete, the Load Property can be 'dropped' on the entire selection for assignment.

If not, individual Zones can be selected by hovering over them in the Viewport.

When hovered over the correct selection, let go of the mouse-click. The selection indicator will go from pink to green to indicate the Load Property assignment has succeeded.

Click and Drag to Structure Tree

Navigate to the desired Load Property on the Property Tree.

Click and drag the Load Property over the Structure Tree.

As the mouse is hovered over specific Zones or Structures, these will be highlighted in the Viewport for visual verification. Let go of the mouse-click when the desired Zones or Structures are selected. The selection indicator will go from pink to green to indicate the Load Property assignment has succeeded.

A Load Property can be deleted directly from the corresponding node on the Property Tree.
Important
A Load Property cannot be deleted if it is assigned to a Zone or Joint. In order to delete a Load Property, it must be completely disassociated from all Zones/Joints in the Database.

Locate the desired Load Property to delete on the Property Tree.

Right-click on the corresponding node and select 'Delete Load'.
