HyperX will not install or run on Windows 2000, NT 4.0, Windows 98, Windows XP, or Vista.

HyperX can be installed as an administrator or as a regular user. If installed as a regular user, it can be uninstalled by a regular user. If it is installed by an admin, it can only be uninstalled by an admin.

Microsoft Excel and Word 2007 or later are required for stress reporting capabilities.

Intel i7 processor or newer with a minimum of 16 GB of physical RAM.

A 64-bit operating system is required.

Minimum of 5 GB of free hard drive space is recommended; 1 GB for program files and 4 GB for data and software operation. User data can reside on a separate disk from the installation program files.

Video resolution minimum requirement is 1920x1080 (1080p) with medium fonts. Lower resolutions will require scrolling to see all data inputs.

The graphics perform best when running in hardware mode with a high-end, recently purchased graphics card.

Large monitor (19 or 21 inch) is preferred.

HyperX is primarily designed to run on Windows machines. It may work on Mac that are emulating Windows but it is recommended to run on a Windows machine directly.

HyperX is not supported on Linux machines, however, Linux machines can be used to host the License Server.
